An “X” on the forms indicates you are not cleared in one or more of the following areas:

· Academics: See your counselor
· Current Classes Periods 1-8: See your teacher(s). Once your grade is up to passing, your teacher will provide you with a clearance form you will bring to your counselor
· Fees: See Mrs. Mills in the main office
· Citizenship: See Mrs. Millard in counseling
· Civics Exam: See your US Gov teacher or Mr. Tupea in administration
· Senior Survey
